Registration Form

To register online:  Complete the registration form and click the "Register Now" button. You will receive an automated confirmation at the e-mail address you enter below. Delegate and Companion registration fees include meals (excluding Saturday evening banquet), convention materials and refreshment breaks. Individual Saturday evening banquet tickets are $60. All prices are GST exempt.

Accommodation:  Delegates are responsible for booking their accommodation at The Westin Edmonton, 780-426-3636. Delegates can also book online. To receive the group rate, delegates must identify themselves as ACSTA delegates and reservations must be made prior to October 20, 2009.

ACSTA and ASBA Delegates:  Delegates attending both the ACSTA and ASBA Conventions are required to make separate reservations with The Westin Edmonton. These delegates will be assigned two different reservation confirmation numbers. The Westin Edmonton staff will do its utmost to ensure that guests are blocked in the same guest room for both conventions.

Cancellations:  Refund requests (minus a $30 processing fee per registration) must be in writing and received by ACSTA no later than November 13, 2009.
